Captain Beefheart (1980, NYC) - I shot these photos of Capt. Beefheart for the cover of the New York Rocker when I was the photo editor/chief photographer there. After we took some portraits inside he took his sketch pad and we went out onto the street -- I clicked while he scribbled. Wish I'd kept it!
